Open Evening Work

Firstly, thank you for coming. Follows is the work I would like you to complete during the time you are in:

  1. Act on any comments I may have made on your blog. There will be a camera to use should you need it.
  2. Complete any unfinished posts (e.g. this weeks homework).
  3. Make sure that all of your Tom Phillips entries are on one post titled Tom Phillips.
  4. Digitally record the work you have completed during Mr Peacock's lessons and post this to your blog, title each entry based on your outcome for that lesson. Annotate each post with what you were asked to do, how you created the work and link visually as well as through annotation to the relevant artists.
I look forward to seeing your updated blogs.

Welcome to my Blog that gives a new meaning to the 3 R's. My 3 R's are:

       Rework
       Rearrange to
       Reinvent

I am going to use my Blog to document how I use books destined for the bin reworking and rearranging them to reinvent, giving them a new meaning as they become sculptures.

Some of the artists that have influence this idea are:

Ros Rixon

Sachiyo Yoshida

Cara Barer

As I create work I will upload images and tell you about the pieces, I hope you enjoy!
